    There is dearth of intermediate to advanced level resources on graphics programming. Seeing something like this is always appreciated.

      I have formative (to my interest in programming) memories of going to Barnes & Noble and cracking open those huge Graphics Gems and Game Programming Gems books. Just an amazing wealth of topics and tricks and I learned something new on every page. Red Blob Games [0] is the closest thing in spirit these days but I do miss those books.

        Haha, I remember making a "dust cover" to read GPU Gems 2 in class without controversy. RIP Nvidia demo girls, who appear to have been scrubbed from history for similar reasons at corporate scale.

        ...and today, ChatGPT can one-shot the meme and many of the shaders. I miss those books too.

          Don't worry about that. Graphics programming is one of the deepest wells in all of computing. Drink as much as you want from it to enrich yourself and forget about what the balls of linear algebra can do.
