Ask HN: Are you being "529 Overloaded" by Anthropic too?

I have been on the 20x Max plan of Claude Code for a while now, however since last week something changed and I seem to have been getting lots and lots of those 529 errors.

My workflow hasn't changed, same level of concurrency as usual, did they change their limits?

    I also started getting them around that time, and it seems unrelated to my usage, eg today I encountered it on the very first prompt of the day after a whole weekend afk.

    (Monday morning Australia time, so it was still Sunday in US)

    Thats not what those error codes mean Its the reason they are giving for not providing what you asked for. They are not upset with you.

    That’s not what those error codes mean.

    It’s the reason they’re giving for not providing what you asked for.

    They’re not upset with you.

        You won’t get any packets back from that server, but maybe some others.
